Gaming company MKC Limited offered illegal games of chance on the Dutch market. The Kansspelautoriteit ordered them to stop; otherwise they would have to pay a weekly fine of $28,000 to a maximum of €84,000.
According to investigations by the Ksa, M.K.C Limited offers gambling to Dutch citizens through at least one website. For the sake of this paraphrase, the company's name has been shortened to M.K.C. Investigators also discovered that MKC is not licensed to offer online gambling to Dutch citizens. However, it has been confirmed that Dutch participants can create a player account, make a deposit and participate in these games, despite the fact that no measures have been taken to prevent this.
In addition to a fine of up to €84,000, BetWorld247's parent company, MKC Limited, received a cease and desist order from the Gaming Authority of Kasa.
