In the Lotto draw of Saturday 13 March, the jackpot of €5.4 million was won by a ticket of a subscriber from Zevenaar. The prize winner had correctly predicted the six winning numbers 4 – 12 – 18 – 26 – 31 and 37. Lotto puts the interests of winners first and therefore does not disclose the details of the prize winner.
The new multi-millionaire is cordially invited to the Lotto office in Rijswijk for ‘first aid with happiness’ according to an employee.
This is the first time this year that the Lotto Jackpot has fallen. In 2020, the jackpot fell no less than 9 times, making it the most frequently falling jackpot in the Netherlands.
The Lotto Jackpot of €5.4 million is a gross cash prize. This means that the winner still has to pay 30.1% gaming tax on this amount.
